Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How to Return
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number
2. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions
3. Drop off at our Accra store or arrange a pickup
4. Refund is processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
Refund Details
Refunds are issued via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo) or to your original payment method. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange and we'll ship the new size as soon as we receive the original.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made items and sale pieces cannot be returned unless defective. Gift cards are non-refundable.
